 Pan Cooked Venison

Cook your deer just like Mama does with these simple steps.

1. Soak venison in water and 1 teaspoon of vinegar overnight.

2. Remove from water pat dry, rub meat with oil, salt, pepper, and coat evenly with flour.

3. Sear meat in oiled pan until browned. (3 to 4 minutes on each side)

4. Place sliced onions in pan with venison and cook for 2-3 minutes. 

5. Add 1 cup of water, cover pan, reduce heat and cook until tender.
